How long does delivery take?+

Nationwide courier delivery is R100 and takes 2–4 working days. Johannesburg orders placed before 12pm often arrive next day. You get a tracking number on WhatsApp the moment your parcel is collected.

How do I put my lenses in?+

Wash your hands, place the lens on your index fingertip, hold your upper and lower lid open and look up as you gently place it on your eye. Blink slowly. Every order includes an illustrated guide, and we'll walk you through it on WhatsApp if you're nervous.

Do you sell prescription lenses?+

Yes. Our Rx range covers -0.50 to -6.00. Send a photo of your optometrist prescription on WhatsApp and we'll match the exact power before dispatch.

Are the lenses hygienic and safe?+

Every pair is factory-sealed in sterile saline, quality-checked on arrival and never opened before it reaches you. Our lenses are made from breathable, high-water-content hydrogel with a UV filter.

How long do the lenses last?+

Our standard lenses are yearly-use with proper care, or monthly for the Rx range. Store them in fresh solution daily and replace as directed on your pack.
